Once the item is paid for by the buyer, the money is secured in the account of our partner during the transaction. Once the sale is finalized, the money is immediately available in the seller's wallet. If the item is not shipped within 6 days, the transaction is cancelled. The amount spent is refunded immediately and in full to the buyer. In case of a problem you can put your sale on hold and call our customer service.
The buyers are responsible for the shipping costs. The fees are paid at checkout. These shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system according to the size of the product to be shipped.
