Is selling on Everide free?
Selling on Everide is 100% free for private sellers.
Register and post your ad in 1 minute.
Example: You sell your item for €100 => you receive €100.
For professional sellers, a commission of 8% is applied to the price (incl. VAT) of the item.
When will I get my money?
Once your item is delivered and accepted by your buyer, the amount due is immediately transferred to your wallet.
You can then transfer money to your bank account at any time.
At the time of your first transfer, an ID is requested to secure your account and you will need to add your IBAN. This is necessary to make the exchanges 100% secure.
How are transactions secured?
Credit card transactions are encrypted and secured with the highest level of encryption available today (3DS2). Once the item is paid for by the buyer, the money is secured in the account of our partner during the transaction. Once the sale is finalized, the money is immediately available in the seller's wallet.
If the item is not shipped within 6 days, the transaction is cancelled.
The amount spent is refunded immediately and in full to the buyer.
In case of a problem you can put your sale on hold and call our customer service.
The seller does not respond and has not shipped the package.
Your seller has 6 days to ship your item. As soon as your item is delivered to the shipping company, your package's tracking information will be communicated to you via email and in the built-in messaging system.
If the item is not shipped by the 6th day, the sale will be automatically cancelled and the amount of your purchase will be fully refunded to your debit or credit card.
