What happens if my item is not shipped after 6 days?

 

If your item is not shipped after 6 days, your order is automatically cancelled on the 7th day.

A cancellation email is automatically sent.

What happens if my buyer does not confirm receipt of the item? 

 

Once the package is delivered or available in a relay point, your buyer has 4 days to confirm the delivery. If the buyer does not confirm the delivery, the transaction is automatically finalized on the fifth day. A confirmation email is automatically sent.
