How do I return an item if it doesn’t suit me? 

 

Once your package is delivered (Colissimo) or available at a relay point (Mondial Relay or Chronopost Shop2Shop) you have 4 days to approve the item. 

 

Without any news from you, the transaction is finalized after 4 days. 

 

If the item does not suit you, you can pause the transaction and return it to your seller (return shipping costs at your expense). Once the return is confirmed by the seller, the transaction is cancelled and refunded in full. 

 

 

Your transaction is validated but the product is not conform.

Go to the integrated chat to contact your seller and find a solution and an agreement to your problem.
